VPSA Oxygen Generator with 1 Year Maintenance Interval Vertical Placement and Cylindrical Shape for Industrial and Medical Use

The VPSA oxygen system is a complete solution for medical and industrial applications requiring oxygen purity over 95%. The system consists of several key components including blower, vacuum pump, switching valve, adsorber, and oxygen balancing tank.

After removing dust particles through the inlet filter, raw air is pressurized by the Roots blower to 0.3-0.5barg and enters one of the adsorbers. The adsorber contains specialized adsorbent materials that sequentially remove water, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen, allowing oxygen (including argon) to be discharged as product gas.

When the adsorbent reaches saturation, the vacuum pump activates to regenerate the adsorbent through the switching valve (operating in the opposite direction to adsorption). The vacuum degree of 0.5-0.7barg removes absorbed components (water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and trace gases) which are then discharged to the atmosphere, allowing the adsorbent to be reused.
